Nearly 1 in 6 Nashville residents live in poverty, amidst the lowest minimum wage in the country. Even people working full time can't rise above the poverty line.
We create an environment for self-sufficiency by connecting unemployed and underemployed individuals with training, education and mentorships that results in the ability to earn a living wage starting at $14 or more per hour.
UpRise is a career development program for Nashville adults who are ready to start a new educational path and improve their financial condition. Are you ready to build a foundation for a thriving vocation?
