We are a ministry of West End Community Church. We believe that we all suffer from some form of poverty, whether it is spiritual, emotional, relational or material. Solving the problem begins with intentional engagement and significant relationships, as we are called to travel together "on the same road and in the same direction." Ephesians 4:4.

Jack serves as Staff Counselor and Ally Coach. He is an ordained Teaching Elder (Pastor) in the Presbyterian Church in America, having served as a Congregational Care Pastor. Jack loves connecting people and believes justice is connected to grace and to the gospel. He continues to pastor and counsel people along the journey of life.
In his late thirties, Jack came to know Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord. Before that he lived a life of worldliness, which resulted in a multitude of harmful consequences. Jack praises God that he is now “in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to Himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.” 2 Corinthians 5: 17,18. Jack is married to Jenny Martin Foster, a former missionary in South Africa.
